Unit Management Group

The Unit Management group meets on a monthly basis to review and discuss the progress of the Unit’s projects and external work and activities, and make key decisions relating to the Unit.

The group consists of the Unit’s Directors, Investigators, Research Fellows and Associates and the Unit’s Manager and Administrator. Monthly reporting on each of the individual projects is provided by all sites, using an established template. This group also reviews any additional requests for collaboration and provides an opportunity to discuss upcoming events and training for the Unit.
